How to brew with Coffee Filter Phin / 用咖啡過濾器沖法

Step 1

Let’s brew a cup of Hong Kong 
style milk tea with a Coffee Filter
Phin/Coffee Dripper 
港式奶茶用咖啡過濾器沖法

Step 2

Put the Coffee Filter Phin over a cup
把咖啡過濾器放在杯子上

Step 3

Measure 3-4 teaspoons (8-10 g) of tea per 8 fl oz of hot water (adjust to taste) into Coffee Filter Phin/
Coffee Dripper
每8安士水, 加入 3 - 4 茶匙(8 - 10克) 茶葉 (因應個人口味而調節茶葉的份量)

Step 4

Slowly pour over 8 oz of hot water into the Coffee Filter Phin/Coffee Dripper
慢慢地加入 8 安士熱水進咖啡過濾器裏

Step 5

Put the coffee filter cover on top of the Phin
蓋上過濾器的蓋

Step 6

Wait until the water completely 
dripped to the cup
讓咖啡過濾器慢慢地沖制完成

Step 7

Remove the Coffee Filter Phin and add sugar (adjust to taste) to the tea
把咖啡過濾器移除, 並且加入適量的糖

Step 8

Add milk/evaporated milk (adjust to taste) to the tea
加入適量的奶或淡奶

Step 9

Step 10

Use a spoon to stir the tea
最後用匙攪拌至均衡

Completed
