港式奶茶用茶壺沖法
Measure 3-4 teaspoons (8-10 g) of tea per 8 fl oz of water (adjust to
taste) into teapot, then slowly pour over 8 oz of hot water into the teapot

Cover the teapot with the lid, then wait for 3-5 minutes

Pour the tea into a cup
