Measure 3-4 teaspoons (8-10 g) of tea per 8 fl oz of water (adjust to
taste) into coffee filter bag, then
slowly pour over 8 oz of hot water into the coffee filter bag

Wait for 3-5 minutes, then remove the coffee filter bag
