港式奶茶用咖啡機沖法
Measure 3-4 teaspoons (8-10 g) of tea per 8 fl oz of water (adjust to
taste) into coffee filter/filter basket
每8安士水, 加入 3 - 4 茶匙(8 - 10克) 茶葉 (因應個人口味而調節茶葉的份量)
Put the coffee filter/filter basket
into the coffee maker
把茶葉連同濾紙放進咖啡機裏
Close the coffee filter door, then
pour over 8 oz of water into the
coffee tank
加入 8 安士水進咖啡機裏
Press button to brew the tea into
the carafe
讓咖啡機沖制完成
Take out the carafe
把沖制完成的茶取出
Pour the tea into the cup, then add sugar (adjust to taste) to the tea
倒進茶杯裏, 並加入適量的糖
Add milk/evaporated milk (adjust to taste) to the tea
加入適量的奶或淡奶
Use a spoon to stir the tea
最後用匙攪拌至均衡
